Yes, I used to read them too many years ago before I actually left the city. Now that I have retired to the country, every day is a GRASS ROOTS day! City or country, it doesn't matter where you go, things don't change all that much because wherever you go, you take yourself with you!
Cheers
Peter
http://www.riverbendnelligen.comYours trulyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07707134498487956441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8178414974753622983.post-31542142827381789812009-10-29T22:20:35.825-07:002009-10-29T22:20:35.825-07:00I fully understand Morgan where you are coming fro...I fully understand Morgan where you are coming from. Some of us have this inner desire to live life closer to nature and away from the mainstream treadmill. As you say, when children are involved, it gets a little more tricky, but the simple pleasure of feeling connected to the earth and working in tune with nature is something that is so rewarding. Its educational, empowering and fulfilling. Your sleep is more restfull and your heart is content, thoughts of 'keeping up with Jones' soon evaporate.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
